The 7th PIOA exit exams were held in Honiara, Solomon Islands from 21-25 September 2026. The exams consist of 2 written papers (2 hours each), 2 computer exams on Operative surgery, 1 on Imaging and Investigation and 2 clinical vivas where trainees demonstrate clinical examaination and clinical reasoning and decision making. In total there were 4 candidates and 3 successful candidates.
