This course is designed to provide learners with knowledge and skills in clinical orthopaedics with a focus on history taking, clinical examination and appropriate orthopaedic investigations and management of orthopaedic conditions involving the spine.

This course covers history taking, examination, investigation, arriving at a differential diagnosis and then planning management (both non-operative and operative) for conditions affecting the spine including fractures of the spine.

Train learners in the diagnosis and management of degenerative spinal conditions (disc disease).

Train learners in the diagnosis and management of scoliosis and spondylolisthesis.
